The perfect breakfast, on the go snack, or dessert! Also they are super easy to make and only require a blender.

& they are vegan, gluten free, and refined sugar free ofc


Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
Add the following ingredients to a blender (I use a Vitamix):
~2 cups gf oats (blend this up first until fine like flour)
~1/3 cup coconut sugar
~1/4 cup plant milk (I used oat in this recipe)
~1 cup dried figs (soaked for about 5 minutes before in warm water so they blend nicely)
~1/3 cup coconut shreds
~1 tsp baking powder
~2 very ripe bananas
~1 flax egg (combine 1 tbsp flax meal with 3 tbsp water)
~1 tsp vanilla extract
Blend all the ingredients up & place into an 8 X 8 pan, top with more figs, and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes <3
