I am a huge fan of having a light smoothie in the morning to give me enough energy, keep me on my toes, and set the tone for my day
I am so obsessed with this hydrating smoothie combination and I have been having it on repeat!
The Sproutliving plant based collagen is incredible & takes the smoothie to the next level (and hellloooo clear skin and strong nails). PLUS it’s vegan WOOHOO

Blend up:
~1 cup wild blueberries
~1 cup coconut water (I love Harmless Harvest & fresh coconut water straight from a coconut)
~1/2 peeled cucumber
~1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (I used Sproutliving)
~1 scoop vegan collagen (I used Sproutliving)
~1/4 cup pomegranate seeds (insanity!!)
~1 tbsp sunflower butter
~1 tbsp flax meal
~1 scoop blue majik (I use this one!)
~1 tsp reishi (I use Vimergy) (or any other mushroom or adaptogen)
